To calculate your own 3-year potential return on investment, calculate:

A. Average daily rental price you'd expect to charge for Pitchburst (you set the rate; will vary by market. U.S national range is $75-300, with average about $150.)
B. # of Times Per Year you expect to rent at the (A) price (e.g., twice a week during summer = 13 weeks x 2 = 26)
C. Your cost to buy Pitchburst (see Catalog)

Then, multiply (A) times (B) to get your annual total revenue, then multiply by 3 to get 3 years total revenue. (Example: $150 rate x 26 times/year x 3 years = $11,700)

Subtract your cost to buy Pitchburst (Example: game price from CATALOG is $1,478) from your total 3-year expected revenue. (Example: $11,700 minus $1478 = $10,222). This is your 3-year direct profit from Pitchburst.
